What is SIPs?
Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) are an advanced method of construction offering excellent thermal performance,
light-weight structural strength and time and cost saving benefits over traditional construction methods or systems. SIP panels are used in floors, walls and roofs for residential, commercial and educational applications, providing ecologically friendly and energy efficient buildings.
XPS MgO Sandwich Panel is made of wellyoung non-combustible MgO board and flame
retardant material XPS foam. This kind of product is fireproof, water resistant, high intensity, sound insulation and warm keeping.
What is Characteristics?
1) Good performance of sound insulation and warm keeping. Xincheng panel is used Xincheng board and XPS to be compounded. 2) Fireproof: good performance of Xincheng fireproof board and flame retardant-grade EPS/XPS. 3) Green and environmental protection. There are two ways to compound, one is adhibited by itself, and another is compounded by glue. The former can assure 100% free of formaldehyde and benzene, and in the second way, we will adopt the glue according to the state technological standard to make sure it is environmental protection. 4) Easy to construct, and combine discretionarily: the size and thickness could be made according to your requirement, and install in local one time to save the cost of installation. And we also could supply the special type to confirm the installation i more easy.
Application
Simple movable houses, cold storage, warm-keeping houses and thermal insulation wall board. It can also be used in flue pipe making.
