EPS Roof Sandwich Panel ,which is formed through the following steps: First, preheat the espandable polystyrene bead containing vollatile liquid foaming agent ,then heat it in a mould .This is to manufacture the EPS board .And then put the EPS board into a machine through the high adhensive together with the steel sheet . The core material are PPGI sheet and EPS board.The density of foam board is from 10--20 kg .The steel sheet thickness is from 0.3--0.6 mm.
