Fireproof phenolic insulation sandwich panel is made of PPGI sheet and Phenolic foam board by computer controlled machine.
The PPGI sheet can be choose from the thickness 0.3mm-0.9mm.The material density can be customized by your requirements .The color of the sheet can be manufacture offwhite,red,yellow,orange,green ,blue and so on .

Features:

1. Excellent thermal insulation performance: low heat conductivity (<0.025W/m·K, much better than polystyrene, similar to polyurethane), good in heat preservation and heat insulation;

2. Corrosion resistance and aging resistance: can resist the erosion of inorganic acid, organic acid, organic solvent, no obvious aging phenomenon appears under long-term exposure to the sun. So it has good aging resistance;
3. Small density, light weight: phenolic insulation board's density is less than 100kg/m3, about 50kg/m3 or so.
